Hindley Junior & Infant School work with CFAT Superheroes Ltd to offer onsite breakfast and after school club services for pupils of Hindley J&I School only.

Breakfast club offers a selection of cereals, toast or fruit, and milk or water, and starts from 7.30am each morning with play-based activities at a charge of £4.00 per session per pupil.

After School Club offers activities fruit, a snack e.g. beans on toast, milk, juice and water throughout the session. The club charges £8.00 per session per child and operates 3.15pm-5.45pm.

Children have access to activities, such as art, sports, games and reading and we encourage physical activity by making use of the school’s hall, playground and field, whenever possible.

Parents and Carers are kept up to date with club activities and menus via class dojo.

The clubs operate during term time only and therefore do not operate on INSET days or during school holidays.

Registration is required and booking is through the school Evolve system (please see below).

Registration Process

Parents and Carers must complete/submit a registration form before booking a place at Breakfast and/or After School Club.

CFAT Superheroes Limited encourages all Hindley J&I parents/carers to submit a registration form to enable you and your child to access provision as and when required.

In the event, a booking is received in the absence of a registration form we may be unable to admit your child.

A new registration form will be created for the September 2023 to July 2024 academic year available in July 2023.

 

To make/secure a booking

Parents and carers can book places up to 7pm the day before sessions take place. This ‘cut off’ is to allow registers to be prepared. Booking and payment must be made in advance of your child attending a session via Evolve. We are unfortunately unable to admit children in the absence of a booking being made as they will not be listed on the club safeguarding registers. Staffing ratios, activities and snack is also organised as per the pre-booked places.

Arrival / Collection

Children should be at all times dropped off or collected by the named adult at the designated hall door to ensure a member of club staff has admitted them safely.
